However, the main appearance remains unchanged since its construction. Many minor changes have been done to the house, including a discovery of an underground tunnel linking it to Hit the Target's base (see episode Hot Spot) and the moving of the entrance doorway to give space to Harry's Hut (see episode Harry's Hut). Ever since they ended it in the grandest way possible and after Lee left, this tradition was abandoned and Stampy now simply sprints (or sometimes walks) normally to the Dog House. When L for Lee x was still a helper, the building was the subject of a tradition in which Stampy and Lee would have a race to the dog house first in various ways (using Lee's craze dance, pumpkins, etc.) and whoever gets to the place first gets to choose the dog. It was built when Stampy found having his dogs littered in the hallways of his house became too much of a hassle, and he wanted it to look like a tiny kennel on the outside, but actually be a spacious accommodation on the inside. The building, much like the rest of the area near Stampy's home, is fairly old. As mentioned above, it formally doubled as Squid's room, before being destroyed in " Revenge". While it is the main residence for the wolf pack, dogs have had numerous points of residency aside from the doghouse over the course of the series, the most current of which being Barnaby, who spends overnight with Stampy in his bedroom following the events of Episode 338, "Hot Spot". A variety of Stampy's dogs stay here when not in use, and sit still until chosen. There are nine large doggy beds of different colours to match the collar colours of his dogs.Īs the name suggests, it is a house for dogs. The pool is now placed in the middle of the doghouse, decorated with red and green wool in a checkered pattern on the edges, purpur blocks on the floor, and glowstone for lighting. Dispensers are placed beside the shorter walls where it dispenses toys such as slime balls and sticks, leads if the dogs are taken out for a walk, and food such as pork chops, bones, and beetroot stew as a "vegetarian" option. The ceiling has a complex pattern unlike the original design where mud bricks and mud brick slabs are used. The walls and ceiling are predominantly made of mud bricks with a striped pattern of red and green wool adorning the longer walls. There used to be a row of signs on the wall to help Stampy when deciding which dog to take out, but it was removed to help reduce the lag in the area, since the Dog House is found near the Love Garden. There are two buttons which are used to give you either pork-chops or bones. Two dispensers line the wall, one for pork-chops and one for bones. Inside, there is a wide room with walls made of wooden planks, a ceiling made of red and green wool, various doggy decorations such as two tunnels (one is made of wooden planks and the other is made of wool) and a pool. The first door is a kennel-like tunnel from the edged cliff, while the second door is just a normal doorway. ![]() ![]() There are two doors Stampy can use to enter the Dog House.
